Edith and Antoine - Susan Van Nostrand

We bought our very first property with Susan and could not be happier with our whole experience. We moved to the US just a few years ago and were not familiar with the way real estate works here, so buying a house in another country than ours seemed quite daunting. Fortunately, we met Susan. From our first meeting to the closing day, she made sure every single step, document and decision were fully understood. While we had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for, each house visit with Susan educated us on how to look at a property and what it takes to renovate or maintain a house. Another of Susan's strengths is that she knows the area (and the people working in the area) very well. This is exactly what we needed: We got all the information and support we needed to make sure our final decision was the right one, and, a few months after closing, we truly love the house we ended up buying.
